What type of meetings/events/conferences can you help me organise at Atlantis?
Atlantis, The Palm does everything from product launches, sales conferences, media events, weddings and social gatherings, to team building activities along with incentive programmes. The sheer scale of the resort, along with the variety of venues, allows us to do senior board meetings for 10 or staged events for over 10,000 people on the beach.
In an exciting venue like Atlantis, what is the most outstanding event you could throw for me?
From arriving via helicopter like a star, to nights at the Oscars using Asateer (a unique tent on the beach), to a chic beach party at Nasimi Beach, the list of surprises goes on at the Atlantis. How about dinner for 16 in the iconic Bridge Suite, starting with pampering in your private suite, or a cooking class to learn, create and make your favourite things? For a grander occasion, what about our bespoke, intimate award dinners in Ossiano — with the award winners being revealed via the Ambassador Lagoon, as the diver swims amongst our 65,000 marine animals with the winners’ name and photo on display?
What new technology and creative input can Atlantis offer?
AV is a very personal element and the guest’s imagination is the limit with our in-house team, Gearhouse.
Before you even reach Atlantis, you can be taken there from your computer with our 3-D property tour. Professional meetings can be organised here with detailed event locations and descriptions of the resort. For events, we use the latest audio and visual technology, manned by skilled technicians. All conference centers are Wifi - enabled and broadband internet access is available in all 1,539 rooms.
If I was planning to throw an event requiring a culinary ‘wow’ factor, what would you suggest?
You name it and the Atlantis Culinary Team can make it happen. Amazing seafood, authentic French, traditional Italian, cutting edge Japanese – we can do it all. For instance, the team is always innovating and Nobu just launched an intimate Japanese Vegetable Garden, where not only are they growing some of their own vegetables, but groups can dine in the garden and under the stars.
Everybody knows Atlantis is a family hotel, but what support can you give to delegates bringing their families along in regards facilities and services?
80 percent of Atlantis is geared to outside of the bedroom. The resort really is the first truly integrated entertainment destination in the Middle East. There is so much to do from the region’s largest water park at Aquaventure, to interacting with dolphins at Dolphin Bay, to teens having their own private club (Club Rush). Not to mention kids having 2 private pools, 1.4 kilometres of white sand beach, and the list goes on.
