Meydan has proved its credentials as a meetings industry hub gaining recognition at the Business Destination Travel Awards 2011.
The sports and hospitality venue won the ‘Best Meetings & Conference Venue, Middle East’ title at the event.
A prominent group of regional venues were shortlisted for the annual title based on criteria including: quality and range of services, value for money, customer service and environmental awareness.
The award winners were chosen not by a panel of judges, but by a diverse cross-section of primary users and purchasers of corporate travel and meetings.
Located just 10 minutes from Dubai’s central business districts, Meydan offers more than 100 different venue experiences from the ballroom to the Sky Bubble, with vast outdoor terraces for hospitality and entertainment.
