Zara Expo Amman
A three-in-one complex, Zara Expo Amman is part of Jordan’s largest and most ambitious construction projects to date. The complex comprises three major elements – the 316-room Grand Hyatt Amman hotel; the Hyatt Tower, with 50 residential suites; and Zara Centre, an exclusive retail destination.
Space
Three exhibition halls totalling almost 3,000 square metres, a 300-seat Conference Auditorium, and a further 2,500 square metres of meeting and conference facilities as part of the Grand Hyatt Amman.
Each exhibition hall, which can accommodate up to 700 guests for a product launch or gala dinner, has its own lobby area with organisers' offices and a dedicated registration desk, as well as under-floor service channels. The three halls can be combined into one single large-scale venue.
The multi-purpose Conference Auditorium is located above the exhibition halls, and can also be used as a theatre, concert hall and cinema or lecture arena. It features a separate reception/foyer, six breakout rooms and an administration office.
The Grand Hyatt Amman’s portfolio of meeting and conference space includes the 904-square-metre Grand Ballroom, one of Amman's largest, with capacity for 1,000 guests. It can be divided into three separate sections and also has a pre-function area and landscaped terrace.
A further seven smaller meeting rooms and three exclusive boardrooms including the Al-Hareth drawing room with its lounge seating set-up, are also available.
Hospitality
The five-star Grand Hyatt Amman has 311 guestrooms and is directly linked to the Zara Expo Amman as well as 50 residential apartments in the adjacent Hyatt Tower.
Visitors to the exhibition centre have a choice of off-site dining and entertainment venues including 32º North which focuses on seafood and which also has a private dining room for discrete power gatherings; L’Indochine serving Vietnamese cuisine and also featuring a private dining room for up to 20 guests; and The Terrace, a relaxed outdoor venue that is perfect for a casual cocktail event.
Technology
The conference auditorium features a high-quality speech reinforcement system and high-quality audio reproduction facilities, along with simultaneous translation services.
Grand Hyatt Amman's Grand Ballroom offers cutting-edge audio-visual equipment, ceiling-mounted LCD projectors and electrical roll-down screens.
