Where to stay: The Zara Expo Centre in Amman has the Grand Hyatt Amman attached to it. The 311-room hotel has a business centre, seven meeting rooms and three boardrooms and is located in the heart of Amman’s business district.
Best Feature: The Grand Hyatt is linked by walkway to the convention centre so you’ll never be late for the start of the conference.
Where else: If you are heading to the Red Sea, unfortunately you’ll find that the King Hussein Bin Talal Convention Centre (KHBTCC) has no convention centre hotels as yet, although construction work is about to start on one in the next few months as part of the centre’s expansion plans. Currently delegates can stay at the Jordan Valley Marriott Resort & Spa which is right next door.
Best Feature: Tucked between the mountains and the Dead Sea this five-star resort is a luxurious leisure retreat but a great place to relax after a busy day of meetings.
